Membership Toolkit is Wayland PTO’s online, all-school family directory.
We are excited to release the new and improved Membership Toolkit, Wayland PTO’s Family Directory accessible online or through an app (Apple App Store | Google Play). If you haven’t used this valuable tool yet, download it now to see contact details for all families for carpools, playdates, etc.
What is new, you ask? Well, there are a number of changes on the back end, but what you will notice is that Membership Toolkit:
- is more complete including all current families in Wayland Public Schools included, except for a small percentage who opt out of sharing their information.
- includes more pre-populated data, including student name, grade, homeroom teacher (K-8), and guardian contact information.
Additionally, Wayland PTO has outlined a new process with Wayland Public Schools to ensure Membership Toolkit stays current. We will receive student information annually from the district at the start of the school year and periodic updates during the school year for new families and changes.

Accessing Membership Toolkit:
To access Membership Toolkit, simply log in with the email you provided to Wayland Public Schools.
- With the Membership Toolkit app, our parent community is now in your pocket (or purse). Download the app in the Apple App Store or in Google Play.
- Access Membership Toolkit online.
Viewing Your Data and Changing Publishing Preferences
You can hide specific data fields from being visible and these preferences will be maintained year over year.
If you have changes to your information, you can make it directly in Membership Toolkit so it is visible to others. However, since directory data will be rewritten annually, please ensure that any changes are made formally at your school(s).
Did You Opt Out with the District for Sharing Your Data?
If you opted out with the district of sharing your data with Wayland PTO, you may still register, but it will take us up to two business days to verify your eligibility and grant you access.
